How are the fabrics packaged for international shipping?

To ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, our fabrics are rolled on strong cardboard tubes, wrapped first in a protective plastic film (polybag) to prevent moisture, and then enclosed in a durable outer woven bag. Custom labeling and shipping marks can be applied according to your requirements.

What are your standard lead times and payment terms?
  • Lead Time: Generally, it takes 15 to 25 days for mass production after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on the order volume and processing requirements.

  • Payment Terms: Our standard terms are T/T (30% deposit upfront, 70% balance against the copy of B/L). We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight for large-scale wholesale orders.

How do you ensure the quality of your fabrics?

We implement a strict 4-stage Quality Control workflow (Incoming, In-process, Coating validation, and Final 4-Point system inspection). Our factory's location in the China Warp Knitting Capital gives us access to top-tier supply chains and cutting-edge testing equipment, ensuring international export quality.

Do you support OEM/ODM and customized fabric development?

Yes. Backed by our dedicated R&D department for water-based new materials and advanced knitting workshops, we can customize fabric weight (GSM), width, yarn counts, and functional properties (e.g., waterproof, flame retardant, anti-UV, moisture-wicking) based on your physical samples or technical data sheets.
